Hello Friend,
As I was saying, you are an unstoppable creator.
And I’m one too by the way, and there’s another 8 billion unstoppable creators on this planet.
Now a rather common reply to that, is: Come on, that’s pure Hippie 💩💩💩! Why would we choose to create all that endless grief for ourselves?! So, are you saying that it’s my fault, if my life is the way it is?!
The thing is, that even when we’re not aware of it, and don’t consciously choose to, we’re still creating all the time. We can’t help it, we can’t stop it. We just create, every single waking moment of our lives.
Our thoughts trigger our emotions, and all of those sparking thoughts and sparked emotions, have a certain frequency. Like everything else in the universe, our thoughts and emotions are made of energy too. And energy is measured in frequencies.
Now one of the basic physical laws of the universe is the Law of Resonance, which states that things with similar frequencies will kind of “detect each other”.
I’ll give you a very practical example of that. You might have had this experience where you’re listening to a record on a big hi-fi, or to someone playing music next to you, and suddenly, on a certain note, a lamp, or a frame, or some other object in the room, starts vibrating and producing a sound. No other note creates that effect, but every time the instrument or the voice hits that particular note, that object starts resonating with it, and all of a sudden, you notice it. The object was there before, but it didn’t jump out at you until that specific frequency caused it to vibrate along.
Now think of our thoughts and emotions as if they were notes. They have certain vibrations too, that make certain things vibrate, stand out, and catch our attention.
So for example, scary thoughts trigger fearful emotions in us, which will call more scary things into our awareness. If our thoughts are gloomy and make us feel sad, the way we feel will have us see and experience more things that keep us feeling sad. If our thoughts are positive and we feel grateful for what’s good in our lives, no matter how small it might be, then that very emotion of gratitude will let us detect more things to be grateful for. Whatever our emotions are, for as long as they last, they’re just conjuring up more of the same stuff for us.
The frequency of an emotion is not seeing itself — or anything else it resonates with — as being good or bad, positive or negative, etc.. It simply keeps vibrating, and it keeps causing everything that’s aligned with it, to vibrate too.
That’s why I’m asking: What are you creating today, Friend?
You are necessarily creating more of how you’re feeling. Are you feeling relaxed and at ease? Are you feeling grateful? Are you feeling healthy? Wealthy? Loved? Loving? Appreciated? Inspired? Creative?
If so, that’s wonderful, don’t change anything — why would you! — just keep it up!
If not, let me ask you: are you feeling like you know what you want, but you don’t have it in your life? That love, that health, that abundance, that success, that fun, that peace…
People say: I’m thinking about it all the time, but I’m still not getting it. If that’s the case, it’s because you’re not thinking about, and feeling, THAT THING. What you’re actually thinking about, and feeling, is THE LACK OF IT. And guess what an emotion of lack will be showing you? More of the same, so: more lack!
If you want to experience THAT THING, the only way is, to feel like you’re already there, having it, living it, enjoying it. The joy of having it will then bring more joy of having it.
But how can we feel the joy of having it, if we clearly don’t have it our reality?
By imagining what it feels like to have it, and then stay with that feeling, no matter what.
So are we meant to lie, to pretend, to be totally delusional?
Not exactly, but we are definitely meant to jump the gun! We need to SHOW our energy field what THE FEELING is, that we want. We need to tell it: You see? THIS! And guess what will now be coming into our awareness? More of THIS. And the more of it we show, the more of it we feel, the more of it HAS TO show up in our reality.
Practical tip: if you need to ‘pretend’, to start with, just do it!
Call it whatever you like 😊 Do whatever it takes, to FEEL like IT is already there.
Walk your dog as the version of you who already has it. Drive your car, talk, shop, cook, eat, shower, and go to sleep, as the version of you who already has it.
Then watch your reality catch up. Your outer world will have to start mirroring your inner world back at you.
That’s how we’re creating our reality day in day out.
Feeling of lack = lack in our reality, and feeling of joy = joy in our reality.
And not the other way round!
It’s not that if you have great things, you feel happy, and if you have sad things, you feel unhappy.
Let’s rewrite this:
If you’re happy, you’ll have great things in your life, and if you’re unhappy, you’ll have sad things in your life!
It’s as straightforward as that. I’m not saying that becoming a 100% intentional with our creation is very easy… at the beginning we’re likely to fall back into the old, detrimental thought habits that create by default, but it’s a muscle that can be trained, and the rewards for doing that can go beyond our wildest hopes and desires.*
You have nothing to lose. You don’t need to tell anybody you’re doing it. Just do it 💗

*It’s important to note at this point, that you cannot directly influence other people’s behaviours, and make them do things that you want. But by changing your own vibration, you’ll see very quickly how everyone around you starts responding to you in new, and more desirable ways.
