Hello Friend,
Having a closer look at our values is one of the most powerful tools we have, to help us gauge how aligned with our purpose we currently are.
Did you find one, or more, of your strongest and deepest values amongst the ones I shared with you last week?
Quite a few of them feel pretty true for me, but there was only one of my defining core values in that particular list, and that is: Freedom.
I would say that freedom has always been my absolute top value. Lack of freedom certainly was my biggest misery as a child, in school for sure, and very much so at home, and in all the limitations that you have as a child, because you cannot go where you want, be who you want, say, do, and have what you want. And to this very day, anything that doesn’t feel like freedom, feels like hell to me.
I call myself a Freedom Advocate. I have a Freedom Framework in place within my signature coaching programme, and my overarching message is: “Free The Voice Of Your Soul”.
You can imagine how busy I am right now, at a time when we’re all surrounded, and constantly bullied, by forces who are gradually limiting, and planning to eventually completely take away, our freedom.
That’s why I never stop talking about the prison of the mind and the freedom of the soul. When we’re trapped in the fear of the mind, anyone can enslave us. When we live in the freedom of the soul, no threat can come anywhere near us.

Gaining a deep awareness of our core values is of the greatest importance, if you ask me. When we let them guide our choices and decisions, we become a lot more aligned with our souls’ plans, stronger, clearer, and less likely to be enslaved.
At this moment in time, even more than ever before, The Voice Of Your Soul matters immensely. What makes you You, what you feel is your heart’s true desire, what you want to bring to the world.
And if you’re thinking, but I’m not an artist, a writer, a teacher, a healer, a philosopher… I’m just a normal person, what is it, that I can bring to the world?
It’s your joy, your fulfilment, your love, your fun, your compassion, your smile, your caring, your kindness, your humanness, you being You, and not accepting to be someone or something that you’re not.
That is a huge gift for the rest of us. Because when you have the courage to live as your true self, you’re not scared anymore. And if you’re not scared, you cannot be enslaved, and you won’t drag anyone else down with you. Quite the opposite, you’ll inspire others to live as their true selves too, and to be strong and clear enough, to then help and inspire others too. You’ll create ripples that will create new realities.
Humanity needs to find its freedom and sovereignty again, every human being matters, and every day, the people who live in their strength and clarity, are helping the rest come out of despair.
You are, consciously or unconsciously, doing energy work every moment of your life. When you feel down, sad, angry, envious, hopeless, any negative emotion you can think of, you’re adding your low energy to the sum total of the energy of the planet. And this feeds the despair of the planet. Plus, it manifests more sad things in your own life…
But when you appreciate, when you love, when you care, when you’re feeling optimistic, cheerful, fascinated, joyful, enthusiastic; then you’re adding your high energy to the sum total of the energy of the planet. And this feeds the joy of the planet. Plus, it manifests more joyful things in your own life…
I’d love to hear what some of your core values are, Friend!
I’ll tell you a couple more of my top ones, alongside 💎 Freedom:
💎 Peace 💎 Beauty 💎 Harmony.
These four have informed every second of my life so far, and they always will.
Peace is a direct mirror of freedom. When we don’t impose our will on others, when we don’t take away their freedom, there is peace. Peace for all sentient beings on earth is the vision that drives me.
Beauty is a huge one for me. It’s of course about aesthetics, but also ethics, and my love for nature. And harmony is the combined result of them all, because it’s made of beauty, peace, and of freedom.
Age 22 was the moment I finally decided to stop pursuing other people’s dreams and plans, and started living by my own values instead.
I stepped into my freedom and left my parents’ home, which was choking me; a city where I felt limited and trapped, and the academic path, which felt like a senseless prison. I devoted myself to art, to beauty and harmony, to limitless expansion.
That’s 33 years of my real life now, a full solar cycle. It felt a bit short, but really beautiful…
I’m here for you for the next 2 solar cycles ❤️
