Dear Friend,
I’m observing that people think about spirituality in three main ways:
For some, it has nothing to do with “real life”. They define spirituality as just a set of figments of the less reliable minds.
For others it’s a synonym of “religion”. A set of beliefs and rules that are taken over from some self-proclaimed authority on god’s will.
And for an ever-growing number of people worldwide, spirituality is that part of science that studies the subtle energies and the universal laws. This part is less obviously related to matter, and is usually not perceived through the 5 senses.
But the fact that you cannot see X-rays and cannot hear ultrasounds, for example, does not make them less real.
For those of us who think like that, this distinction between what lives in the mind and what lives in the “real world”, doesn’t make much sense in the first place.
Have you ever heard of Masaru Emoto and his water experiments? He talked about the fact that human consciousness can affect the molecular structure of water. You might have seen pictures of his ice crystals, where water was exposed to music, to prayer, or to simple tags with words written on them.
Anything true and beautiful created harmonious crystals, and anything hateful and ugly created the most disturbed and messy crystals.

His book “The Hidden Messages in Water” came out over 20 years ago. It resonated with many people, became a best seller, but there were a lot of critics also, who would simply not accept any of that, and called it pseudoscience, fantasy, a scam, and all sorts of things.
Today there’s Veda Austin doing some wonderful research on the same topic. She has her own freezing method and teaches it to others. Here are a few of her crystals, showing how water will mimic anything it’s exposed to.

If you’re already familiar with this concept, I think it’s good to get a quick reminder 😊
And if this is new to you, please take a moment to let it sink in.
And let me ask you, are you aware of the fact that our planet and our bodies are made of around 70% of water?
Your lungs are 85% water, your brain 83%, your blood 94%, your eyes 95%, and your bone-dry bones are 22% water!
Today I want to give you yet another reason to choose what you allow into your life very carefully.
Imagine what’s happening to this staggering 70% of your physical body every time you let fear in, every time you’re in anger or despair, or hate, or shame, or guilt.
And there’s more. It’s important that you let all of your 5 physical senses receive as many beautiful inputs as possible. You want the water in your body to mimic flowers and trees, beautiful sounds, delicious tastes and smells, soothing sensations through your skin, the biggest organ of the human body.
Since I was a child, I had this strong, unquenchable need for beauty. I knew I needed to look at the flowers, the animals, the sky. I always arranged, cleaned, fixed, and decorated, anything I could get my hands on. I could never have anything ugly around me. And when I had no choice, as it happens when you’re a child, I was very unhappy. I instinctively knew that looking at beautiful things would make mine, and everyone else’s life better.
Back to water for a second, back to our planet and our bodies. Water has become one of my biggest topics over the years. If we learn to understand, respect, and take care of the water, we can heal the damage that we inflicted upon nature and upon ourselves, as it’s impossible to separate us from nature.
Water is a wonderful place to observe how the physical and the energy realms meet and interact.
As always, we need to tackle both at the same time, if we are to see some real change for the better.
🩵 We need to give our bodies the best water we can possibly find, because it’s going to become part of us. It goes way further than flushing out the toxins. It’s about nourishing the 30+ trillion cells our physical selves are made of.
💜 And we need to choose the best possible space to live in, because that will influence the water in us in an equally powerful way
– our physical space, our home, the places we spend time in, the objects we surround ourselves with;
– our mental space, our thoughts, our inner dialogue, our emotions, the inputs we let in, the people we interact with;
– our spiritual space, our connection to our own souls and the rest of the universe.
Again, all of these spaces have both physical and subtle aspects to them, because that’s the nature of the universe.
I want to put a loud and clear call to action here:
Please get back to me if like me, you believe that the quality and the management of our water is of the utmost importance for our health and for the planet’s health.
I have a life-changing resource that I wouldn’t want to live without anymore. It creates a paradigm shift that is having a real impact on the world, and I would absolutely love for you to see it!
Have a beautiful Sunday, full of beautiful things and beautiful emotions and beautiful people (“people” for me always includes all other sentient creatures we’re sharing this beautiful planet with) ❤️
