Maybe you’re wondering, who I am?

I’m Simona,

I’ve worked with people who thought they were only a body and mind – they never even gave the word ‘soul’ a second thought.

I believe we’re told to accept a version of ‘normal’, but there is more than that. 

Which is why I do this work – when we nourish our bodies and soothe our minds, we reconnect with our quiet inner compass that guides us to what feels true to our values and core beliefs.

I’m a certified Life Coach, Meditation Trainer, Spirituality Coach, Intuitive Life Coach, and Nutrition Coach — and I walk this path with the women I support.

Before this chapter, I spent 25 years as a professional classical singer and teacher. That work taught me how to listen to the voice, yes, but also to the soul behind it.

At my core, I’m a Keeper of Mother Earth and care deeply about our beautiful planet and the generations to come. 

My work is about helping you reconnect with your body, your purpose, and the quiet, powerful wisdom already within you.
