I want you to consciously look for beauty everywhere. Is the light beautiful? Notice it! Do you see a beautiful building, a beautiful car? Is your coffee cup beautiful? Notice it! Do you see a beautiful smile? Tell them!
I want you to seek, admire, inhale, and acknowledge, beauty wherever you can find it. It can also be abstract things, like beautiful feelings, thoughts, ideas.
Dedicate the day to collecting beauty, loads of it, be greedy! And observe what it does to you. I’d love to hear!
If you can, I’d love for you to only – or mostly – do what you really want, today. Things you love to do, things you enjoy, that are fun, make you feel good, fill your heart. Can you dedicate this day to your own wellbeing and happiness? I’d love for you to spend as much time as possible in your personal bliss zone, whatever that looks like.
When you give to yourself this way, you’re also giving to the rest of us, you’re helping create more of what’s good and joyful on earth, just with your frequency, without having to do anything in particular.
Your happiness and your wellbeing create more happiness and more wellbeing for everyone else too. Those who call this “selfish”, simply don’t understand the laws of the universe. So please, be more “selfish” like that!
