1) Deep Relaxation

A 45-60-minute session where you will be sitting or lying down, and I will guide you into deep physical and mental relaxation. 

Scientists reckon that 20 minutes of this kind of relaxation has the same effect on our health as 4 hours of good sleep!

Relaxation Sessions are for you when you’re ready to:
● release the tension you’ve been carrying—physically, mentally, emotionally
● step out of stress and into a state of calm, clarity, and inner peace
● create space to breathe, reflect, and just be
● reconnect with yourself in a way that feels nurturing, safe, and deeply restorative

2) Four Coaching Sessions

Four sessions over 4 to 6 weeks is a good first step to tackle one particular aspect of your life. If at the end of this bundle you see that you want to keep going, you can either book more bundles or upgrade to one of my programmes at a special price.

Coaching Sessions are for you when you’re ready to:
● stop going against yourself, and be true to who you are
● see things more clearly and increase your self-confidence
● release the guilt that keeps you paralysed
● slow down and go at nature’s pace, to bring mindful awareness to what you do

3) Six-Phase Meditation Bundle

A series of 6 sessions of Six-Phase Meditation

The 6-Phase Meditation by Mindvalley is a fantastic practice to improve all aspects of your life. Yes, it’s called “meditation”, but it’s nothing complicated and “out there”!
It’s a very practical, day-to-day-related tool that works wonders even if you have never done any meditation before!

Six-Phase Meditation is for you when you:
