Away from fear, and into freedom
Welcome! If you came here, I’m sure it’s because you have been asking yourself a few big questions over time.
Have you been wondering what the meaning of life is? Why we are all here? And more specifically, why YOU are here? What your mission on Earth is? The reason you exist?
How long have you been wondering for?
It took me half a century to find the answer to that one.
It’s partly about what we do. What we do for a living, where we live, how we spend our days. Personally, I had a couple of beautiful professions before, but somehow, much as I loved them, I kept asking myself every time, is that it? Is that really it?
No, it obviously wasn’t.
And the biggest part of it is about who we are. Who we see ourselves as. Are we who we want to be?
I certainly wasn’t.
And now, in my coaching practice, what I hear quite often during the first meeting with someone, no matter how successful they look outwardly (job, lifestyle, marriage, etc.) is:
I’m at a loss, I don’t know what I want, I don’t know what to do.
The thing is, that each and everyone of us comes into this life with a great plan. We all have total clarity when we’re born. But then our upbringing and our families, school, our communities, the whole of society, make us forget what we’ve come here for. We get totally sidetracked, we lose our path, and so we end up following everyone else’s plans, for lack of our own.
Very early in our childhood, we start sliding into ways of life we never wanted for ourselves, and we start accepting the belief that it’s ok, that it’s normal, and that it’s just the way it is.
Life gets really tough when that happens.
And then at some stage, if we’re lucky, a lingering feeling that no, it’s not ok, and that life doesn’t have to be like that, starts coming into our awareness. And that’s when we start asking ourselves what it is, we really want.
I’m a CTAA-accredited Spirituality Coach, an IWI-accredited Intuitive Life Coach & DNA Healer, and a Certified Mindvalley Life Coach and Six-Phase Meditation Trainer.
The reason why I focus on Life Purpose Mentoring is, that through my personal experience, my studies over the last 12 years, and my observation of all the people I’ve met in my life, I’ve come to understand that our alignment or misalignment with our higher purpose is what will determine the outcome of our lives. And by “outcome”, what I actually mean is how we feel about every moment of every day, how we feel about getting out of bed every morning.
You know how deep that goes, otherwise you wouldn’t have read this far.
So what can a Spiritual Life Coach do for you?
I can help you remember what it is, you came into this life for. The reason, the desire, that motivated you to leave the other realm and come back into this one, once again.
I can help you access your subconscious mind, and look for the limiting beliefs and blockages that are stopping you from living a fulfilled life. And once we identify which ones they are,
I can help you clear them and replace them with the empowering truths you need, in order to get out of stagnation in any area of your life.
There’s a film called “The Croods” in which a prehistorical family manages to survive predator giants, poisonous trees and natural disasters, only owing to their huge fear and huge caution. In order to avoid any threat, real or imagined, they just hide in their cave, and they have a whole system in place, so they can live their communal life away from all danger. This makes them feel strong, and like winners.
One day a stranger arrives, who’s seen a bit more of the world, and he tells the Croods that a bit further away from their dark cave there’s life too, that there are trees and animals, and a huge wealth of resources, that there’s light. So the plot has them leave with the stranger, and on their journey they’re confronted with the fear of everything new they see. This makes them now feel weak and like losers, until the moment when they start to slowly open their heart to the abundance they see, and to the light, and to understand themselves a bit more. Their fear turns to cheerfulness, and the cheerfulness becomes closeness and unity. There’s a scene in the film where the girl tells her father that living is one thing, and not dying is another.
So this good stranger who knows a lot more about the world, and generously shares his knowledge with them, becomes the light itself for them. You are this same light for me, Simona. I was the Croods dad, feeling strong and brave in the darkness of my fear. You freed me, stranger, and you’re teaching me not to be scared of the light anymore.

Boyacá, ColombiaDoes that sound good to you? It’s all about quantum physics, in case you were wondering.
Energy is all there is in the universe, and so, as part of the universe, we human beings are made of energy too. Some of our energy manifests itself as matter, and that’s our body, but most of it is invisible to the bare eye. And the work we do on this invisible part of ourselves is much more powerful that what we can do at the physical level. Even when it comes to improving and changing the physical, tangible, day-to-day aspects of our life.
Does this sound like magic? It does, I must admit, but it’s pure science!
And also, as out-there as all of this may sound, I’m a very down-to-earth person. I’m practical, I love clear and measurable results, I love business, I love action. But the kind of action I love is inspired action, action that comes from a place of deep understanding, of true alignment.
When you take action out of fear, or lack, or need, the outcome won’t be satisfactory in the long run, because it will both exhaust you, and energetically keep you in this position of more fear, or lack, or need.
But when you take action from a place of enthusiasm, of purpose, of love, the outcome will be far greater than you could ever have imagined!
